When health industry giant, Weight Watchers, needed a
change in their business model, Idea Workshop was there
to usher it in. Previously operating on regional levels, the organization was now moving toward a national strategy. Working with a collection of communities across the country, the communication tactics had to be consistent,
yet relevant to a diverse member base.
We implemented turnkey programs that allowed for customizations to suit regional needs. Media relations
resulted in cross-Canada coverage, providing specific messaging to different regions while maintaining the
national brand image.
